Mr. Malcolm James Franklin is a Service Manager for City Services Group with more than 18 years experience in the Security industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge with him.

Prior to joining City Services Group Mr. Franklin worked for Planet Hollywood (HK) as a Chief Security Supervisor overseeing the daily Security Operations (including Risk / Security Management,VIP Escorts and Staff Training) . Mr. Franklin also worked for The World Carnival / UK Funfair Ltd as the Chief Security Manager for their Operations in South-East Asia.

Mr. Franklin is currently responsible for VIP Protection (Training Programmes and Assignments),Site/Post Inspections and Communication and Language Skills Training for the group.

Mr. Franklin holds a Diploma(with Distinction) in Security Management from the Stonebridge College, Cornwall U.K.
