ERB Excellence Award for Employers (2020-21)
The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) organized the ERB Annual Award Presentation Ceremony 2020-21 today (6 March 2021) at the Southorn Stadium in Wan Chai. This year, a total of 114 awards were presented. City Services Group received the Excellence Award for Employers. These included employment opportunities to the ERB graduate trainees, provide on-the-job training and career development opportunities to the newly recruited, assist in promoting ERB courses and services, and help social groups with special needs in employment.
City Security Company Limited (CSL) has been awarded the" ERB Excellence Award for Employers"
City Security Company Limited (CSL) has been awarded the" ERB Excellence Award for Employers" by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). ERB acknowledge CSL with outstanding accomplishments in manpower development, and the fulfillment of social responsibilities. CSL has been continually supporting the manpower training and development with recruitment from retraining programs and to create employment opportunities in the society. Also, the number of staff recruited and the staff retention rate are both outstanding. On the other hand, our training program are not only to improve the quality of service from employees but also to strengthen their sense of belonging which can be beneficial to the employees, employers and society.
The 7th Best Property Safety Management Award
The 7th ‘Best OSH Property Management Award’ was held at the solicitation ceremony on the 15th of January 2020, and City Security Company Limited won the ‘Best Property Contractor in Occupational Safety and Health Merit Award’, which further illustrates and enhances City Security Company Limited’s position within the security industry.
HK Corporate Citizenship Program Charter
Hosted by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and co-sponsored by the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education, the tenth "Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Program" aims to promote corporate citizenship through a series of activities, encourage corporate fulfillment, and promote it to employees and their families, customers, and even The public to promote sustainable economic, social and environmental development. City Security Company Ltd was awarded the Certificate of Approval, which proves that we can fulfill and promote social responsibility, and integrate corporate citizenship into its operating strategies and management measures.
Mental Health Workplace Charter
A mental health-friendly working environment not only safeguards the mental health of employees, but also strengthens the productivity and competitiveness of the organization and builds a positive corporate image, creating a win-win situation for both employers and employees. City Services Group won the ‘Mental Health Workplace Charter’. It proves that City commits to value and foster a mental health-friendly working environment.
Sept 2018 - Certificate of Good Employer Charter
City Security Company Limited is honor to reward the certificate of Good Employer Charter hosted by Labour Department. It proves that our employee-oriented human resource management practices have been recognized. We will continue to cultivate a good human resource management culture in the workplace.

City Services Group is awarded the “Manpower Developer 2017-18” at Non-SME Company Group hosted by The Employees Retraining Board (ERB). It proves that our overall performance about resource planning, training and development system, and peformance management in manpower development are all above the standard.

Best Property Contractor in Occupational Safety and Health Gold Award (2016-17)
City Security Company Limited won the “2016 – 2017 Best Property Contractor in Occupational Safety and Health Gold Award” for the first security company in Hong Kong. The award aims to recognize organizations with outstanding achievements in occupational safety and health.
